Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have at least three years of experience in the areas of general tort, insurance defense and commercial litigation. Candidates must have experience collecting, reviewing and summarizing records, as well as strong document management experience. Knowledge and experience with drafting discovery and subpoenas is a must. Candidates should also possess superior verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, have database skills, and possess pre-trial and trial experience. Requirements: Should possess strong technical and database skills; Knowledge and experience with discovery and subpoenas; Understanding of federal, state and local rules of civil procedure; Should have College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or experience equivalent; Must have 3+ years of paralegal experience.
