Civil Litigation & Insurance Defense Paralegal The candidate should have 3 - 5 years of Arizona litigation experience. Should have experience in civil and complex litigation. Should have experience working with Federal, State and County jurisdictions. Should have ability to prepare legal documents and draft correspondence. Will organize and maintain client files. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, co-workers and outside counsel. Maintain professional appearance and attitude. Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Should have Paralegal certification. Should have Knowledge of courts, E-Filing, Excel, Word, IManage, Outlook, Serengeti Tracker, Time Matters and PowerPoint. Should have ability to work independently and to multitask while demonstrating strong attention to detail. Should have experience reviewing and summarizing medical records.
