Paralegal Litigation Responsibilities: Draft legal documents. Compile, analyze and summarize data. Perform legal research. Manage electronic files to ensure information is organized according to standards. Perform factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues. Assist in all phases of case preparation including discovery and trial. Prepare for and attend nationwide trials. Maintain experienced-level of expertise in relevant software programs including but not limited to Relativity, Trial Director, Summation and Ringtail. Supervise and evaluate assigned Legal Secretary. Account for daily time and detail of work on each case through an online time tracking system. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by leadership.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline required. Paralegal certificate preferred. 5+ years previous litigation experience required. Proven experience in a war room and courtroom required. Skills and Computer Knowledge. Advanced research and writing skills. Superior client service skills. Proven organization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven success in meeting Attorney expectations as part of the case team. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Impeccable attention to detail.
