Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for paralegal-adjacent tasks including researching the rapidly changing immigration landscape, representing the firm at vendor conferences, and managing large projects with many moving pieces. Will manage a full caseload, perform meticulous data entry, draft immigration forms and write supporting documentation and keep a cool head under pressure. Preparing and filing cases including H-1Bs, E-3s, TNs, H-1B1s, L-1s, and O-1s. Contribute to large, big-think writing projects for case types including O-1s, EB-1s, and L-1s, and assist with Adjustment of Status (AOS) case preparation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of experience in business immigration (ideally with hands-on experience filing H-1B, E-3, TN, H-1B1, L-1, or O-1 cases). Attention to detail (this cannot be overstated). Phenomenal organization skills. Excellent grammar and writing skills. A level of comfort working in a high-pressure environment. The ability to manage a full caseload, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience communicating with clients in a polished and professional manner. Technological aptitude to learn and navigate legal and operations software. Willingness to take a deep dive into the minutiae of business immigration law practice. Compensation and Logistics.
