Establish, organize, and maintain master chronology of case documents. Conduct research and locate relevant cases, statutes, precedents, depositions, opinions, reports and information related to the matter, with a specific focus on discovery related issues. Pull relevant documents, proofread documents, organize exhibits and create document indices in the preparation of motion filing. Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of eDiscovery experience desired, or equivalent combination of education and closely related experience is essential. Must be proficient in eDiscovery document database tools and other software platforms. Preference for those with a certification in eDiscovery or eDiscovery software platform.
