Staff Attorney Duties: Day-to-day work will include supporting the Insurance Groups strategic counseling and litigation services: Analyzing litigation filings and developments Drafting updates and summaries of key litigation filings and developments Reviewing defense invoices for overall reasonableness and deductions according to insurance company litigation management guidelines Preparing spreadsheets with defense payment recommendations Drafting routine coverage correspondence Researching insurance coverage-related issues. Gain significant exposure to a range of insurance coverage matters and work with nationally recognized practice group leadership. Qualifications: 1+ year of litigation experience. Insurance experience preferred. Excellent writing and research skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references. Non-partner track position with an 1,800 billable requirement.
