Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft and send necessary correspondence to clients, judges, opposing counsel, co-counsel, witnesses, and interested persons. Will prepare Attorneys for depositions. Subpoena necessary records and review all records received including medical records. Prepare exhibits for trial. Draft all necessary pleadings, discovery requests, and discovery responses, Complaints, Answers, Cross-Claims, Third-Party Complaints, Interrogatories, Answers to Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents and Requests for Admission of Facts. Investigate relevant individuals companies and properties as needed. Perform docket checks. Should have Associate s Degree, Bachelor s Degree, Certificate in Paralegal Studies, or 3 years of experience as a Paralegal under the supervision of an Attorney.
