Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing attorneys for trial, mediation, depositions and court appearances, serving pleadings and discovery, meet with clients and potential new clients, and be able to move cases along quickly. Should preferably have High school or equivalent education. Must have 2+ years of experience in heavy litigation experience and be tech savvy (scanning, bookmarking, e-filing and e-serving). Experience of 2 years in Paralegal is needed. Experience of 2 years in Microsoft Office is preferred. Strong knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and the California Evidence Code is required.
