Bilingual Pre-Litigation Attorney The candidate' must be familiar with applicable Texas laws; Manage a high caseload with speed and efficiency; Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters and medical providers in order to resolve a case efficiently and for the highest possible settlement; Negotiate personal injury settlements to meet monthly goals; Review medical records and bills for utilization in case development; Supervise legal support staff and give direction on cases; Perform cost/benefit analysis of settlement vs. litigation; Requirements: Licensed to practice law in Texas ; Experience as a licensed attorney (3+ years); Spanish (Required). Bar (Required).
