Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include: Work with a dynamic energetic team and our high-tech, healthcare, and global clients on their immigration challenges. Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation required, monitor status of cases, ensure professional and prompt client communication regarding each case. Draft support letters, affidavits and/or any other necessary documents for the particular type of visa. Respond to Request for Evidence (RFE), PERM Audits, upon receipt. Types of visas include, but are not limited to H-1B, TN, E-2, E-3, O-1, L-1, PERM cases, EB-1 Outstanding Researcher applications, I-140 Petitions, I-485 Applications. Should have BA or BS degree. Preferably have 2-3 years of experience as a business immigration paralegal. Must have in-depth knowledge of immigration law, including experience with each visa type mentioned above. Should possesses strong knowledge of procedural requirements for various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
