Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 3+ years of experience. Must have proficiency in applying the court rules and procedures in both state and federal courts. Should have experience in reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing medical, financial, and other case-related documents and records. Should have well-developed writing and research skills. Must have experience drafting pleadings, discovery and routine correspondence. Experience in managing electronic and paper filing systems required.
