Litigation Attorney The candidate' must have at least 1 one year of experience as an attorney practicing all aspects of civil litigation is required and potential salary offers within the posted range are directly commensurate with the applicant's level of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a commitment to representing victims of trauma in pursuing justice against those responsible for allowing it to happen. Experience in the representation of plaintiffs in personal injury matters is highly preferred, however, attorneys with other applicable litigation experience, including in insurance defense, may also be considered. If your previous experience does not directly reflect an interest in the representation of victims of trauma or in the civil litigation of liability, but you would still like to be considered, please submit a tailored cover letter explaining your interest in our field of practice and why you believe you are nonetheless well suited to join the cause of fighting on behalf of survivors of childhood sexual abuse. The Litigation Associate will assist Partner and Senior Associate level attorneys in all aspects of civil litigation, including but not limited to: drafting complaints, responding to written discovery, responding to demurrers, and conducting depositions.
