Corporate Staff Attorney, Mergers & Acquisitions The candidate will be drafting, reviewing and revising various transactional documents (including NDAs). Assisting on due diligence projects for M&A and private equity transactions. Identifying and relaying issues to senior attorneys for resolution. Engaging in a collaborative and enthusiastic manner to: Communicate and interact with clients, partners, counsel, associates and staff. Develop practice area expertise, assist with knowledge management and business development efforts and participate in training sessions. J.D. from an accredited law school and a member in good standing of the New York State Bar. 2+ year's work experience in a corporate law environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
