Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be experienced in all phases of litigation, including medical reviews/chronology, document production, discovery, and trial preparation & support. Must have excellent writing, legal research, and organizational skills. Minimum 5 years experience as a paralegal billing time required. Experience in insurance defense and working with a billable hours requirement is strongly preferred.
