Corporate Paralegal The candidate will draft Operating Agreements, Bylaws, Certificates of Incorporation, Board and Shareholder Consents, Financing Documents, Legal Opinions, Officers Certificates, Notices of Borrowing, other ancillary closing and funding documentation, Warranty and Stock Option documentation, Securities memos and Closing Checklists.
