Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, is dependable, dedicated and detailed oriented. Previous law firm experience is a plus. Write Motions & Briefs, Scheduling consultations and client meetings., Answering phone calls from both existing and new prospective clients. Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and directing where appropriate. Accepting and logging deliveries from couriers and notifying appropriate individuals. Organizing messenger and transportation arrangements. Maintaining client files Performing general administrative duties as needed. Reviewing forms for edits and necessary supporting documents, Assisting with special projects on various issues as needed. 1+ year of experience as a paralegal in a law firm preferred. Professional demeanor; strong communications and problem-solving skills; high level of discretion and confidentiality. Experience operating a multi-line call manager system, transferring calls, paging, and handling multiple calls simultaneously. Must have excellent verbal communication skills on phone. Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels. Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus.
