Patent Attorney The candidate will have a strong experience in: Preparing and prosecuting US patent applications in standards essential technologies, e.g.telecommunication (LTE, CDMA, GSM, OFDM, WiFi, Bluetooth, WWAN, 3GPP, WiMAX, etc.). Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Providing technical support for patent IPR, PGR, and litigation proceedings. Working with, and training, Chinese, Taiwanese, Japanese patent engineers and attorneys. Should have strong scientific/technical background in: electrical engineering, computer science, and especially mobile standards essential technology and telecommunications (LTE, CDMA, GSM, OFDM, WiFi, Bluetooth, WWAN, 3GPP, WiMAX, etc.). Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential. USPTO registration required. Ability to read and speak Mandarin or Japanese is a plus. Should have 3+ year of PQE.
