Remote Litigation Attorney The candidate will make appearances, as courts resume in-person hearings. Handle all aspects of litigation from filing pleadings to discovery and motion practice and trial. Draft pleadings and respond to written discovery, and argue motions (i.e. motion to compel, motion for summary judgment, motion in limine, etc.). Take and defend depositions. Attend miscellaneous court hearings. Must have 3 years of relevant experience; member in good standing of the California state bar; fluency with the standard practices, rules, and procedures of litigation in California state and federal court. Must be motivated and works well from the comfort of their own home; be a self-starter that will manage a large caseload with some minor initial training.
