Residential Real Estate Attorney The candidate will work on every step of a residential real estate transaction, getting hands-on experience working with a partner at the firm as well as several senior associates. There is a high volume of work, which means associates will be able to sharpen their skills quickly over the course of many transactions. Handle contract negotiations and more sophisticated parts of the transaction with assistance from junior attorneys and paralegals. There is no billable hour requirement. The candidate should have 1 year of residential real estate experience. Must be Licensed to practice law in New York. Must have exceptional written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
