Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join a business and employment litigation firm. Should have 3-6 years of Law Firm litigation experience. Litigation experience is a must. Must have strong writing, effective oral and written communication skills. Prior experience with investigation, discovery, and law and motion practice is required. Familiarity with employment and labor laws preferred.
