Hands-on experience administering, filing, and preparing non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, O-1, L-1). Must be extremely detail oriented. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other common business tools and applications such as Adobe Acrobat, document scanning, and INSZoom. Demonstrated ability to prepare fast, thorough, and detailed case filings. Ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with all contacts, including foreign nationals.
