Paralegal (Bankruptcy & Civil Litigation) The candidate Should preferably have bankruptcy and litigation background, proficiency with litigation software, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and experience with pretrial discovery and the Hawaii courts. Candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, dependable and motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, have a great attitude, and respect deadlines and prioritize tasks. Duties include discovery (including e-discovery), document analysis, management, and production, case management, drafting pleadings, performing research, and trial preparation.
