Litigation Associate Attorney - Class Actions + Mass Torts (Mid-Level) The candidate Should have class Action defense experience in false advertising, product defect and false representation. Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law is required. Must have experience briefing class certification. Should have experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery. Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews is needed. Should have experience with mass tort litigation. Experience with product liability litigation is required.
