Litigation Paralegal The candidate must be experienced in personal injury law, worker s compensation and/or medical malpractice to join well established law firm. Duties will include: draft written discovery specifically tailored to each case, review and organize discovery received from opposing parties, draft pleadings and correspondence, prepare sworn affidavits, prepare medical summaries, file pleadings electronically, direct client contact, research court rules, manage attorney calendar meetings and court appearances, and other attorney support. Should have 4 years of paralegal experience and having drafted and responded to discovery; preferably 2 years of paralegal experience in personal injury, worker s compensation and/or medical malpractice. Experience in dictation preferred.
