Coordinate filing of necessary forms & documents for licensing. Coordinate with vendors as needed regarding preparation of needed reports such as surveys; inspections; evaluations; and other related reports/things needed for completion of licensing process. Qualifications: Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Formal training for paralegal recommended. 3+ years' paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department which includes progressive responsibility in managing litigation matters, as well as Federal Court Litigation experience. Paralegal certification from an American Bar Association approved program preferred. Must be resourceful and able to work independently and yet communicate freely with attorneys and support staff in practice area. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; command of grammar, spelling and sentence structure. Proficiency in applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other legal support applications used in the practice. Must be organized and able to prioritize work.
