Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate will handle O-1 and EB-1A cases. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of each case. Correspond with potential clients during the intake process and maintain regular communication with existing clients for active cases. Correspond with USCIS and other government agencies when necessary. Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence, Motions to Reconsider, Responses to Notices of Intent to Deny. Stay current with governmental and regulatory requirements regarding immigration policies. J.D. Law Degree from accredited U.S law school with admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state is required. Should have 1+ years of experience and extensive knowledge in immigration law, especially in O-1 and EB-1A. Bar license is required. Chinese skills are preferred.
