Staff Attorney - Securities Litigation The candidate will work closely with mid-level and senior attorneys on large-scale and often cutting-edge litigation matters. Will handle, among other things, document review, preparation of deposition materials, and legal research at a fast-paced and competitive law firm. Should have 1-3 years of experience with a law firm. Experience in securities litigation is a plus. Qualifications: Bar membership: Required; NY preferred. JD or LLM: Required.
