Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Associate Attorney The candidate will receive extensive formal and informal practical instruction and training in all skills under the direction of the CEO, Managing Attorney. Will be responsible for handling a case load of primarily pre-litigation cases with the possibility of litigation cases. duties include client sign-up, coordinating medical treatment, drafting settlement brochures/demand letters. At times it may be necessary to travel for initial client sign up so that the firm maintains an active client/attorney communication. Will plan case development with the input of the Managing Attorney; perform legal research and investigation. The Pre-Litigation attorney will have a heavy focus in personal injury cases. This is a fast-paced role and the attorney must be ready to take on a high volume caseload as well as possess strong organizational and prioritization skills. It is essential the attorney have the ability to work with multiple staff members.
