Paralegal, Public Finance The candidate coordinates document preparing, review, and execution, keep attorneys apprised of deadlines and issues that arise during a transaction. Assist attorney with drafting lengthy and complex documents for bond financings. Coordinate with all working group members to ensure all deadlines are met. Coordinate transcript submissions with the Texas Attorney General's Office. Manage closing checklists and prepare and organize necessary closing documents. Organize and complete transaction transcripts in both electronic and paper arrange. Prepare quarterly reports. Assist with preparation of document packages for local government matters. Assist with special projects. Filing and other administrative duties, as assigned. Should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or a related field. Should have strong grammar and spelling accuracy essential. Should have excellent written/verbal communication skills; Outstanding organization, time-management skills, and ability to prioritize. Should be a highly motivated self-starter. Should have the ability to interact well with clients, support staff, and department leadership. Flexibility in the work schedule is a necessity. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
