Paralegal - Construction Litigation The candidate will be compiling, preparing, and summarizing relevant materials for use by attorneys in discovery; Summarizing depositions and other transcripts; Maintaining case files; Tracking and controlling document discovery (including documents produced and received in discovery); indexing, tracking, and controlling exhibits and other materials at depositions and at trial; Reviewing documents for relevance and privilege according to established guidelines and criteria; Supporting attorneys during trial, including assistance with creation of demonstratives and courtroom presentation/support. Advanced working knowledge of Relativity, Excel, Case Notebook and related case management software is required. Experience working directly with attorneys and clients during all phases of litigation. BA or BS degree preferred. Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with eight years of comparable work experience required. Ability to work well with clients and experts required. Ability to work independently. Strong organizational and written communication skills. Demonstrate high level of professionalism.
