Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation & Bankruptcy) The candidate will create and manage a litigation plan for multiple clients. Will negotiate with opposing counsel. Contact clients and/or third parties to obtain information necessary to support legal arguments. Set, prioritize, and work within deadlines. Document activity with clients and third parties in online Case Management System. The candidate should be Licensed Texas Attorney in good standing (ideally admitted to Federal/Bankruptcy). Must have 2+ years of experience. Experience in consumer law or bankruptcy (or criminal defense) is required. Must have experience with debt, mortgage, real estate, title, property insurance, credit, or related industries. Must have courtroom experience. Must be organized and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Must possess a high level of attention to detail. Must have intermediate computers skills, (MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, web).
