Paralegal, Public Finance The candidate will coordinate document preparation, review, and execution, keep attorneys apprised of deadlines and issues that arise during the course of a transaction. Assist attorney with drafting lengthy and complex documents for bond financings. Coordinate with all working group members to ensure all deadlines are met. Coordinate transcript submissions with the Texas Attorney General's Office. Manage closing checklists and prepare and organize necessary closing documents. Organize and complete transaction transcripts in both electronic and paper format. Prepare quarterly reports. Assist with preparation of document packages for local government matters. Assist with special projects. File and other administrative duties, as assigned. Should have Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or a related field. Should preferably have 2-3 years of experience working in a legal or corporate environment, experience with financing transactions.
