Employment Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be expected to quickly get up to speed regarding the federal employment process with the goal of managing the caseload. Bill 1,560 hours per year. Have direct client contact. Manage full-cycle litigation for cases in front of the EEOC, MSPB, OFO, OSC, and OPM. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents. Take and defend depositions. Negotiate settlement agreements. Conduct hearings in person, telephonically, and via video conference. Advise clients regarding their employment matters. The candidate must have experience representing federal employees in employment claims, federal court litigation experience, or other experience needed in a general federal litigation practice in the EEOC, MSPB, OSC, and OPM; an active bar license; excellent written and oral communication skills; time management skills, including the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines; outstanding attention to detail; problem-solving skills; and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
