Family Law Paralegal The candidate requires 5 years of experience as an experienced family law paralegal. Must be able to work without supervision. Firm uses ProDoc/Firm Central and its billing software. Duties include drafting pleadings, orders, discovery, correspondence, communication with clients and attorneys, calendaring hearings, setting mediations. Currently, one paralegal, two legal assistants and two support support staff. Applicant must be very familiar with Harris County courts and family law procedures. Should have 5 years of experience as an experienced Paralegal in Family Law./ Must have own transportation and cell phone.
