Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years litigation and trial experience to be an integral part of a litigation team and help manage a heavy case load for multiple supervising attorneys. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and outlook, be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and have a passion for both personal injury work and trial work. Additionally, the qualified candidate should posses the following skills and attributes: Knowledge of the FL rules of Civil Procedures and Statutes (both state and federal), Familiarity with e-filing (both state and federal). Proficiency drafting and responding to discovery, and understanding the importance of accuracy. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits, etc., even when non-template. Possess the ability to multitask and follow-up on outstanding tasks without direction.
