Litigation Staff Attorney The candidate should possess 2+ years of commercial litigation experience in state and federal courts. Should have experience representing lenders, banks or other financial institutions in consumer financial services litigation and mortgage foreclosures a strong plus. Should preferably have top law firm experience or judicial clerkship. Should have excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills. Must be admitted in either Connecticut or Rhode Island required. Must either be admitted to practice or eligible to waive into Massachusetts.
