Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: Work closely with and under supervision of attorneys and as part of a team to prepare and file cases in various areas of immigration law. Preparing, filing, managing, tracking, and tickling assigned cases; preparing forms, support letters, affidavits, and other legal documents; gathering information and documentation from clients to prepare thorough filings; communicating with clients regularly regarding case status and processing; maintaining files and database records in an orderly and timely fashion. Administrative tasks and occasional telephone coverage. Qualifications: 2-4 years of paralegal experience, preferably working in a high-volume business immigration practice. Experience in the preparation and filing of a full range of nonimmigrant petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, TN etc., strongly preferred. Requirements Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or the equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior customer service, uncompromising ethics and integrity, ability and desire to work as part of a team, and passion to work with and to help people.
