Defense Litigation Paralegal The candidate will prepare and organization of a variety of documents, forms, charts, letters, etc. Deposition and record review and summaries. Preparation for depositions, and preparing attorneys for depositions in advance. Preparation for hearings. Document production. Draft discovery documents. Request documents and records. Prepare index of documents. Should have 2-5 years of experience or completion of Paralegal Program. Traditional Tort Litigation is preferred. Demonstrated initiative and self-direction. Demonstrated attention to detail. Should have strong Outlook skills and proficiency in MS Office suite including Word and Excel.
