Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be effectively communicating with litigation attorney(s), scheduling and confirming litigation deadlines and other events (e.g., depositions), preparing and serving discovery requests and answers and other pleadings, coordinating calendars for hearings and trials, and organizing documents produced or received in discovery, including through the use of electronic discovery tools. Must have a Bachelors degree and a paralegal certificate. Should preferably have 1 year of experience. Good organizational, computer, and communication skills required. Some travel may be required.
