Seeking Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation. The candidate will have strong litigation experience, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law, landlord/tenant, and/or real estate law. New York Bar Admission is required, New Jersey or any other state admission is also a plus. Portable business is likewise a plus.1+ years of experience in commercial litigation, construction law, landlord/tenant, and/or real estate law; experience litigating matters in New York State Court, with Federal Court. Excellent research, writing, oral communication skills, leadership and business development skills.
