Pre-litigation personal injury paralegal/case manager The candidate will oversee the opening of liability claims, management to conclusion of property damage claims, coordinating the collection of medical records, confirming subrogation liens, and negotiating reductions of medical bills. Communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Oversee the handling of files up through the submittal of a demand letter, including coordinating efforts with the legal assistant and attorney. Must be comfortable using Clio, the case management system. Spanish skills are preferred.
