Litigation Paralegal The candidate will manage complex cases throughout the litigation process. Assist with fact investigation. Assist with document production. Assist attorneys in deposition preparation. Review and summarize medical records, police records, and deposition transcripts. Assist in juror research. Assist with court hearing preparation. Trial preparation and attendance. Efficiently and effectively learn and utilize new and existing firm technology. Communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally with clients, attorneys, professional staff, and peers. Should preferably have 3+ years of litigation experience.
