Attend trial, as necessary. High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Should have 5+ years of civil defense litigation experience. Experience in personal injury, property damage and medical malpractice is preferred. Experience with trial preparation and participation/attendance, including organization of witness materials and preparation of physical and electronic exhibits is required.
