Patent and Trademark Paralegal The candidate will support patent and trademark practices. Regularly communicating with new and existing clients by phone and email with a positive and helpful tone. Welcome new clients to the firm, create new client files, and send initial documents to new clients. Further, would answer non-legal questions for clients directly and obtain answers to legal questions from attorneys to pass along to clients.
