Litigation Paralegal The candidate will map the case along with the attorneys upon case intake to prepare for litigation. Draft pleadings. Assist in drafting and responding to discovery. Draft and serve subpoenas. Draft and serve objections to subpoenas. Draft Motions to compel. Assist in drafting Motions for summary judgment/adjudication (affirmative and oppositions). Assist in preparing for fact and expert depositions. Prepare trial documents and exhibit binders, draft oppositions to MIL s, etc. Assist attorneys/ partners during the trial. Must have 1+ years of experience in litigation and 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience; proven history of strong work ethic; having a proven track record of filing and opposing motions; participated in the preparation of 15 depositions, and be a self-starter and able to work independently.
