Litigation Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will be responsible for working on all stages of plaintiff personal injury litigation matters from depositions to trials. Will also be responsible to handle a caseload of 40 to 60 cases. Should be comfortable communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and judges. Should also be comfortable writing mediation briefs, trial briefs, and motions for trial. Must have 1+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (either defense or plaintiff-side). Should have the CA Bar number. Must be highly motivated and passionate to help fight for individuals who have suffered severe injuries involving surgeries and deaths. Must be someone who works well on a team who is organized and responsible. Note: Urgently hiring.
