Defense Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Independently manage a caseload, working cases from beginning to end. Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims. Handle court appearances and conduct depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts. Admittance in Rhode Island or New Hampshire preferred. Admittance in Maine and Vermont a plus. 3 + years of defense litigation experience. Experience handling general liability, professional liability and/or products liability. Excellent legal writing and communication skills. Legal project management experience is helpful.
