Litigation Paralegal Candidate with experience handling mass tort / product liability cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices strongly preferred. Must have case management experience in product liability or significant personal injury cases, including experience ordering, reviewing, and analyzing medical records, drafting and filing complaints in state and federal court, and preparing plaintiff fact sheets or responses to interrogatories and document requests. Requires strong computer and keyboarding skills with working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook), ability to prioritize, organize, and independently manage work load while taking initiative to anticipate future tasks. Must have the ability to effectively move cases forward and track relevant deadlines with minimal supervision. Must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to professionally interact with clients.
