Qualifications: Licensed to practice in California. Experience working in litigation. Experience with trial, case investigation, legal analysis, discovery, and law and motion. Experience in labor and employment is preferred. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision. Should be well-spoken, an excellent writer, comfortable dealing with clients, and have a passion for representing people who have been wronged.
