Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work in the business litigation area. Responsibilities include preparing and responding to e-discovery/discovery, research using Westlaw, drafting motions and pleadings, calendaring deadlines, and trial preparation. High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Trial Director and ADD/Eclipse are a must. At least four(4) years of civil litigation and trial experience required.
